Overview

Mortgage Advisor - Scotland PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business that operates across Scotland and Northern England with their team of 10. The mortgage business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. This opportunity is aimed at individuals who are reasonably self-sufficient from a lead perspective but would benefit from monthly lead support, to feel part of a small team with admin support.

Leads are high quality and qualified, with around 8 leads per month; lead quality is described as outstanding, with many opportunities coming from existing customers.

The role is remote, but the firm would like Scotland or Northern England based advisors.

• Operate as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor within a PRIMIS networked environment.
• Leads: receive monthly leads with admin support to help convert cases.
• Collaborate with a small team while maintaining high service standards for customers.
• Utilise full PRIMIS lender panel and 15 provider NON‑LOADED Protection Panel to ensure strong customer outcomes.
• Work within the terms of the AR arrangement with PRIMIS Mortgage Network.

• Split structure up to 80% (75% if banking less than 8k per month) with 50% for leads provided (as stated).
• No monthly network fees.
• Full admin support provided.
• Remote working option with location preference for Scotland or Northern England.

• Experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor with a track record in mortgage advisory.
• Ability to work remotely with monthly lead support and self-sufficiency in lead generation.
• Willingness to operate within PRIMIS Mortgage Network and AR framework.
