Credit Control Position

Search are recruiting for a temporary Credit Controller to join a well-known establishment in Manchester City Centre. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in credit control to support a business needs in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

• Proactively chase outstanding payments via phone and email
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment activity
• Resolving queries with internal teams and external customers
• Negotiating instalment plans and meeting collection KPIs
• Processing account adjustments, refunds, and reconciliations
• Escalating non‑payment and ensuring data accuracy and compliance

• Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Oracle)
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

• Salary £28,000.
• Hybrid working: 2 days office and 3 days working from home
• Hours:
  
  full time, 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm
