Role

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Partner based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Partner will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, developing tailored financial strategies, and supporting the implementation of financial education initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to assess their needs, delivering effective presentations, creating strategies, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage client relationships as part of a part-time hybrid Business Partner role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for some remote work.
  • Develop tailored financial strategies for clients and support the implementation of financial education initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Deliver effective presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Create strategic plans and work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in financial planning, education, and strategy development.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and creating actionable recommendations.
  • Project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to address client-specific challenges.
  • Familiarity with financial literacy programs and knowledge of Indonesia’s financial landscape is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Passion for empowering others with financial education and solutions.
