We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to lead end-to-end finance digital transformation initiatives on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in finance and accounting,
end-to-end implementations
, and a strong track record of delivering scalable, compliant, and integrated finance solutions for enterprise clients.
- Lead finance transformation programs
, from business process analysis and fit-gap to solution design and deployment. - Configure and implement core D365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Consolidation, VAT, Asset Leasing, and more).
- Ensure regulatory compliance with IFRS 4/17, VAT, and statutory reporting standards.
- Support treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity reporting
. - Lead system integrations with banking platforms, treasury systems, tax tools, and IFRS 17 solutions (e.g., Milliman).
- Utilize Data Management Framework (DMF) for data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with actuarial, compliance, and technical teams to deliver accurate financial reporting and audit readiness
.
Experience:
- End-to-end D365 F&O / AX implementations
, with strong hands‑on configuration experience. - Deep knowledge of finance and accounting processes
, multi‑entity/currency consolidation, and financial dimensions. - Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (preferred).
- Experience with UAE/GCC localization and VAT is highly desirable.
- Background in insurance or financial services
, particularly IFRS 17 programs
, is a strong plus. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field;
CA/CPA/CMA is an advantage.
This is a 6 month contract- remote work, with potential for extension
