Agropur is looking for a CPA Analyst, Costing – Distribution and Logistics to join its St‑Hubert team.
The CPA Analyst, Costing – Distribution and Logistics plays a key role in optimizing the profitability of logistics operations. You transform data into actionable insights, develop smart tools, and help assess the financial impact of operational decisions. The Cost Analyst – Distribution and Logistics is responsible for allocating costs related to distribution, transportation, and warehousing, and ensures that tools and standard costs are kept up to date.

- Salary grade 005: $82,600 to $103,200
(Base salary will be determined based on academic background, experience, training, and job‑related skills.)
More specifically, the responsibilities of the CPA Analyst, Costing – Distribution and Logistics include:
Cost modeling and strategy- Design, improve, and maintain cost allocation models for distribution, transportation, warehousing, and milk collection operations in Canada and the United States.
- Integrate forward‑looking scenarios to simulate the impact of changes in logistics networks and support business decisions.
- Collaborate with the Finance – Distribution and Logistics team to establish standard cost assumptions.
- Create and enhance cost tracking and visualization tools for internal partners (sales, commercial finance, category teams).
- Proactively update standard costs and explain variances to improve transparency and understanding.
- Contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions with the Center of Excellence, aligned with continuous process improvement.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support business decisions, including customer bids or changes in logistics flows.
- Simulate and assess the financial impact of operational changes and make recommendations to optimize profitability.
- Ensure data integrity in profitability systems and cost repositories to deliver reliable and consistent information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA designation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in cost analysis or manufacturing finance
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of SAP
- Strong communication, simplification, and teamwork skills
- Strong collaboration abilities
- Bilingualism (English and French)
