What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients regarding mortgage inquiries, ensuring a high-quality client experience
  • Analyze clients  financial needs and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional banking products
  • Provide accurate information and solutions while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and relevant market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure clients are connected to the appropriate resources
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Fluency in both French and English to effectively serve a diverse client base
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client engagement and satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a secure and dedicated workspace
  • Familiarity with mortgage products and financial services
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a call center or client service role within the banking or financial services sector
  • Knowledge of CIBC s mortgage products and policies
  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and client needs quickly
