Head of FP&A - Hybrid or remote from

At Wakam, we are rapidly expanding our operations in the UK, and we're looking for a Head of FP&A to join our dynamic team.

• Play a crucial part in setting up and structuring finance activities in the UK, aligning them with the Head Office in France.
• Design, streamline, and enhance financial processes while ensuring seamless integration of the UK FP&A function with the Head Office.
• Collaborate with the Head Office to design the organization’s operating model for the UK branch.
• Produce budgets, forecasts, and financial reports that support the Head Office while maintaining and improving reporting processes.
• Monitor the UK financial performance from a financial planning and analysis perspective.
• Report directly to the CFO UK and collaborate with the Head Office in a matrix, cross‑functional structure.

• Financial / Chartered Accountancy Degree.
• Significant experience in similar responsibilities in a previous role is ideal.
• Strong financial planning and analysis expertise; familiarity with the insurance sector is a plus but can be developed on the job.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally, strong reporting acumen, and in‑depth knowledge of financial regulations.
• Attention to detail and meticulous financial practices.
• High degree of rigor and constructive approach; ability to design a target operating model for running financial operations.
• Multicultural team experience with the Head Office.
• Positive energy, agility, and team spirit.
