The Associate Finance Lead supports the Finance Lead in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting for ITF Pharma BV, acting as the operational backbone of the company’s finance function. The role combines hands‑on accounting execution with strong analytical and system capabilities, enabling accurate financial data, successful ERP implementation, and full audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, bank, payroll, accruals, and payments.
- Prepare and post journal entries; ensure accuracy of ledgers and reconciliations.
- Review and process supplier invoices, ensuring VAT compliance and timely payment.
- Support intercompany invoicing, settlements, and debit/credit note processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations, including tracking of deposits and interest income.
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end closings, preparing schedules for Group consolidation and audit.
- Participate actively in ERP implementation : testing, validation, data mapping, and process documentation.
- Maintain organized documentation (SharePoint / Data Lake).
- Collaborate with Group Finance in Italy, auditors, and local service providers (payroll, HR, logistics).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Minimum 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in an international or distribution/Pharma environment. Solid knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS, including VAT and intercompany accounting. Experience with ERP systems. Familiarity with inventory accounting, transfer pricing, and logistics cost flows is a plus.
- Technical Accounting Expertise:
Strong command of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations. - Analytical Thinking:
Ability to reconcile complex intercompany transactions and identify anomalies independently. - ERP and System Fluency:
Proficient in ERP, Excel (advanced), and reporting tools (Power BI advantage). - Time Management:
Delivers accurately under deadlines; manages competing priorities. - Communication
Skills:
Clear, precise communicator with internal and external stakeholders. - Ownership & Accountability:
Takes initiative, ensures completeness, and provides reliable outputs. - Integrity & Confidentiality:
Upholds the highest standards of accuracy, ethics, and discretion.
- Dutch – preferred
Gross annual salary: €75,000 – €80,000 (depending on experience and qualifications). Full‑time employment (40 hours per week). Pension plan, travel reimbursement, Hybrid working model (Oss 4 days + 1 day home office).
