The Role:

This is a true FP&A-focused Senior Financial Analyst role with exposure to leadership and cross-functional partners across the organization. You’ll support planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis while helping modernize financial insights through BI tools and AI-enabled analytics.

You’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, Product, and other teams to deliver clear reporting, build models, and provide insight into performance drivers.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Leading financial analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Building and maintaining financial models and performance metrics to evaluate trends and business outcomes.
  • Developing financial and operational reporting, including dashboards and KPIs.
  • Designing BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Looker, Domo, or equivalent platforms.
  • Partnering cross-functionally to define metrics and deliver insights aligned with business objectives.
  • Translating complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Preparing recurring and ad-hoc reporting packages and analytical presentations.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.
  • You’ll also support AI and automation initiatives across Finance by helping identify opportunities, testing AI-powered tools, and generating insights related to performance trends, risks, and cost drivers.
The Candidate:

You’re a curious, detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working with data and influencing business outcomes. You bring strong FP&A fundamentals, excellent modeling skills, and experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

What they’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Typically 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or strategic finance, ideally within SaaS or technology.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel required).
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Looker or Domo.
  • Working knowledge of R or similar analytical tools is helpfu.l
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial planning tools
  • Ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Willingness to travel across the US/Canada for internal meetings.
How Much:

$100,300 – $118,000 CAD + Equity, depending on experience and qualifications. The total compensation package includes:

  • Health & dental benefits.
  • RRSP match.
  • Unlimited PTO, with a minimum of 20 business days.
  • Flexible work arrangements.
Where:

Hybrid in Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary. Remote across other areas in Canada.

Candidates located within 80km of an office will follow a hybrid schedule (minimum two days in-office per week).
