Overview
We’re delighted to be partnering with a Housing Association to recruit an interim Year End Accountant. We’re looking for someone with proven experience delivering statutory accounts and coordinating audit schedules within the housing sector.
Key duties- Lead the year‑end process, ensuring all submissions are accurate, timely, and audit‑ready
- Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with sector‑specific regulations and requirements
- Support the finance team through a busy reporting period, helping maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience working within Housing Associations is essential
- Demonstratable experience leading year end processes
- Contract length: 6 months
- Day rate: £400 – £450
- Location:
London (will consider remote working)
