What you’ll do
  • Supporting the preparation of accurate management accounts and financial budgets.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide clear insights into financial performance.
  • Processing journals and assisting internal customers with understanding their finances.
  • Conducting balance sheet reconciliations to ensure robust financial controls.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Continuously improving processes to enhance our financial services.

You have
  • Solid accounting knowledge, either through experience or qualifications such as AAT.
  • The ability to prepare accurate management accounts and financial forecasts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise reports.
  • Strong proficiency with integrated financial systems and software like Excel.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Flexible working hours (or we’re open to agreeing a work pattern with you).

You’ll manage your own diary, so if you need to nip out to walk the dog or do the school run, we’re ok with that!

  • This is a hybrid role, and you’ll spend 2 days per week in our fabulous new offices. You can opt to work from home or come into the office the other 3 days.
