A leading bank is seeking a Senior Personal Banker in Southampton to support customers with their banking needs through digital channels and in-person interactions. The role offers a starting salary of £26,350 pro rata and 36 days of holiday. You'll help customers by conducting Financial Health Checks, reviewing accounts, and identifying suitable products. Candidates should have customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

A training program will also be provided.
