My client is a Chartered independent financial advice business that has built a lasting reputation for providing the highest levels of advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to clients across the UK, mainly London and Southeast. The business has 100+ staff who work with retirees, City professionals, families and SME owners with varying levels of assets ranging from £500k to multiple millions.

The top Advisers manage close to £100m of assets. With very ambitious plans to expand and grow, this is the right career move for those seeking an entrepreneurial and forward‑thinking business.

• Level 4 Diploma in paraplanning.
• Ideally 2+ years of paraplanning experience.
• Strong end‑to‑end report writing skills, cashflow modelling work and assistance with annual reviews.
• Work in a pod with a high billing adviser who manages £150m AUM.

A very secure and rewarding role is on offer with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure. The Directors are looking to offer up to £45k basic salary depending on experience levels, possibly up to £48k for an outstanding candidate. The role is office‑based initially, with the option to work from home 2 days per week once established. A full study support package is available toward your Chartered status.
