The firm has an established flow of enquiries and an existing client base requiring ongoing advice, with a consistent proportion of first-time buyers. There is no reliance on self-generation as the primary source of work.
The role involves advising clients on residential mortgage needs, with administration and case progression handled by an experienced support team. This allows brokers to focus on client conversations, recommendations, and outcomes. Office attendance is rare, and the working pattern suits individuals who value flexibility and autonomy over how their diary is managed. The business uses the Smarter
365 system to maintain accurate records and consistent processes.
The position is self‑employed, and the firm may consider a short‑term income guarantee during the transition. The environment is stable and well structured, with an emphasis on maintaining service quality as volumes continue to grow.
