What We're Looking For:

We seek experienced Mortgage Advisers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, eager to build a long-term career with a market leader. This role focuses on advising clients and delivering top-notch service, not chasing leads.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to discuss mortgage needs and goals
• Provide expert advice on mortgage options, rates, and terms
• Collaborate with lenders and underwriters for timely mortgage approvals
• Stay updated on industry regulations and mortgage products
• Maintain relationships with referral sources
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process

Experience Required:

• 1 years experience as a fully CeMap qualified Mortgage Adviser
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and lending guidelines
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Ability to manage multiple client files independently
• Positive attitude and service-driven
