About the role
  • Provide AML Enhanced Due Diligence advice and review high‑risk cases.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to Line one colleagues on fraud, scams and suspicious activity investigations.
  • Conduct fraud and suspicious activity investigations with Line one and identify key root causes.
  • Provide support to the Group Head of Financial Crime and senior team on complex investigations relating to internal and external fraud and money laundering suspicions.
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies, coordinating responses to production orders and enquiries.
  • Collate and assess financial crime management information and prepare reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery of appropriate face to face training to Operational team to accompany financial crime policies and guidance notes.
  • Deputise for Financial Crime Managers at relevant committees and forums.
About you
  • Experience applying Anti‑Money Laundering and Financial Crime legislation.
  • Strong knowledge of financial crime regulatory frameworks and fraud/scam methodologies.
  • Relevant Financial Crime qualification (ICA, ACAMS, ACFE) or commitment to obtaining one.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience using Archer is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and work to tight deadlines.
