Reporting to: Director, Finance – FP&A
Job Summary The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role as a strategic business partner to Sales leaders within a complex, fast‑paced healthcare environment. This position supports decision‑making through financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and insightful reporting, helping drive business growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities Perform detailed monthly financial variance analysis (actual vs. budget, forecast, and prior year), identifying key drivers and trends
Lead quarterly forecasting, as well as the annual budgeting process for assigned sales channels
Develop insights to support revenue growth, margin improvement initiatives
Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales and Operation team, supporting data‑driven decision‑making
Provide strategic financial analysis to evaluate performance, risks, and opportunities
Prepare management reporting package. Deliver clear, concise financial insights, KPIs, and recommendations to senior leadership
Responsible for ad‑hoc analytical requests from Sales leadership and Finance
Support the month‑end close process, including journal entries and accruals
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in accordance with internal controls and accounting standards
Participate in cross‑functional initiatives and complete other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications 5 years of FP&A/financial modelling experience
University graduate from relevant field
CPA Designation preferred
Collaborative, adaptable, strong business acumen and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
SAP, Power BI experience an asset
