About you Minimum of three years' experience managing finance in a medium to large organisation or equivalent experience Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience Accountant

Experience of preparing management and statutory financial reports, including budgets and forecasts Knowledge of VAT, and familiarity with accounting systems such as Sage or similar Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent communication skills What you'll do Manage day-to-day financial operations including transactional processing, payroll, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and budget reports Oversee VAT returns and statutory compliance, supporting audits and financial reporting Lead on financial planning, monitoring, and reporting to senior management Support funding applications and grant reporting as needed Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring best practice and continuous improvement For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Dan Morgan for a confidential chat today.
