Financial Controller Lisburn (Hybrid) £65,000 - £75,000 Artemis Human Capital are exclusively partnering on the appointment of a Financial Controller to join a high growth organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role within the finance function, combining strong technical control with commercial awareness. The successful candidate will take ownership of group reporting and team leadership, ensuring robust controls are in place to support continued growth and scalability.

The Role Ownership of monthly group management accounts, ensuring accuracy, integrity and timely delivery Consolidation of group entities and management of intercompany processes Lead year-end processes, statutory reporting and external audit management Drive improvements across financial controls, governance frameworks and reporting processes Lead, develop and mentor the finance team while improving systems and scalability

The Person Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience operating at Financial Controller or senior finance leadership level Strong background in financial reporting, controls and audit management
