• Managing end-to-end invoicing processes
• Investigating and resolving billing queries
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure billing data integrity
• Supporting the finance department with administrative tasks related to invoicing and revenue assurance
• Contributing to continuous improvements

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts receivable/sales ledger role, with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle queries tactfully
• Well-organised with the ability to work within tight deadlines and multitask effectively
• Confident team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
