As part of our continued expansion in digital markets, we are seeking a highly skilled OTC Crypto Trader to strengthen our digital asset trading operations. This is a fully remote position based in Switzerland, offering the opportunity to operate within a fast-moving, technology-driven environment while contributing to a forward-looking institutional platform.

• Execute and manage large-volume OTC cryptocurrency trades with institutional and high-net-worth counter parties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, liquidity providers, exchanges, and institutional clients.
• Source bilateral trading opportunities and negotiate competitive pricing and settlement terms.
• Monitor crypto market conditions, liquidity trends, spreads, and volatility to optimize trade execution.
• Manage counter party risk, settlement processes, and post-trade reconciliation.
• Coordinate with compliance and risk teams to ensure adherence to Swiss regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Provide regular reporting on trading performance, market insights, and revenue metrics.
• Identify arbitrage and structured trading opportunities across venues and jurisdictions.

• Proven experience in OTC cryptocurrency trading or institutional digital asset trading.
• Strong understanding of crypto market microstructure, liquidity dynamics, custody solutions, and settlement workflows.
• Established network of institutional clients, brokers, or liquidity providers is highly desirable.
• Deep knowledge of major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, stable coins) and emerging digital assets.
• Solid grasp of risk management principles and capital allocation strategies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high accountability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional presence and strong ethical standards aligned with Swiss financial practices.

• Competitive annual salary: CHF 165,000 – 190,000, plus performance-based incentives.
