Finance Lead - remote - automotive brand

This is a FTC until August 2027, and will require going into their Oxford office 1/2 days a month

We are recruiting for a Finance Lead to join a luxury automotive company.

The position oversees the daily financial and administrative operations for two local entities, ensuring adherence to local regulations while facilitating business support. Key responsibilities include managing the month-end closing processes, generating management accounts and reports, and collaborating with the Regional Finance Manager to review financial statements. Additionally, the role involves preparing variance analyses and conducting thorough evaluations of costs and expenditures.

The individual will also play a crucial part in the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring that all financial activities align with both local GAAP and US GAAP standards.

This role requires full accountability for local financial accounting, including the timely completion of statutory filings such as VAT and statutory accounts, as well as leading the annual audit processes. The individual will assist the Regional Finance Manager in assessing pricing strategies and profit margins, thereby providing essential financial support to the commercial team. By maintaining a strong focus on compliance and financial integrity, this position is vital for the overall success and sustainability of the business operations within the local entities.

• Must be fluent in Dutch.
• Have experience in European finance/accounts.
• Happy to work from the Oxford office (2 days a month)
