Accounts Payable Administrator (11mth FTC) Finance Huddersfield (Head Office) Overview

Through continued growth, we are currently adding to our incredible Finance department the role of ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR on a 11 month fixed term contract

Working within the heart of our Finance department this role will include:

• Working with other members of the Accounts Payable Team to maintain an accurate and up to date Purchase Ledger
• Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within Accounts Payable
• Processing weekly BACS, CHAPS and Direct Debit payments, ensuring suppliers are paid on time.
• Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
• Assisting all other members Finance department when required
• Providing cover for other AP team members when absent

This is a great opportunity for someone already within Accounts Payable, or someone with strong financial education wanting to start their career within a leading Finance Department, or even someone with an inquisitive mind, knows their way round a spreadsheet for two and comfortable working across systems and in dealing with people on a daily basis.
