Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Case Manager, based in Poole, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Case Manager will oversee and coordinate key aspects of the property financing process, assist clients in documentation preparation, and manage client cases to completion. Responsibilities include liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients, ensuring compliance with regulations, and updating all parties on the progress of cases.

This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle case coordination and documentation effectively
  • Proficiency in client communication and relationship management, fostering trust and clarity
  • Basic knowledge of property finance, mortgage processes, or willingness to learn
  • Administrative skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and managing compliance-related tasks
  • Capability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating self-discipline for remote work and collaboration in the office
  • Previous experience in financial services, real estate, or mortgage sectors is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other office software tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing cases
