Business Tax Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Tax Assistant Manager to join our tax team. The role focuses on delivering a robust and tax‑efficient service to help clients meet their wider objectives.

As a Business Tax Assistant Manager you’ll take a client‑focused approach ensuring great delivery and service. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

• Maintaining an in‑depth, up‑to‑date knowledge of taxation.
• Managing your own client portfolio while actively seeking opportunities for cross‑selling other CP services.
• Providing tax compliance and advisory services.
• Supporting junior team members through training and mentorship.
• Working closely with other departments to provide a seamless service to clients.

Your background and skills:

• Experience in tax, with a keen interest in both compliance and advisory.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to build quality relationships.
• Experience working with multiple clients in a practice environment.
• ACCA / ATT / ACA qualified or nearly qualified, or working towards an CTA qualification.
