Location: Stoke-on-Trent

In this Junior Financial Adviser job, you will begin by working with an allocated portfolio of lower value households while developing your confidence, technical ability and client facing skills. As you progress, you will naturally move on to more complex and higher value clients, supported by strong paraplanning and administration teams.

This Junior Financial Adviser role is designed for someone who is already approved to advise and now wants the opportunity to build a sustainable advice career within a well resourced and expanding business.

Junior Financial Adviser Requirements

• Essential. Approved to advise

• Essential. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent

• Desirable.

Experience with in an IFA or wealth management firm

• Desirable. Early career adviser or recently qualified individual

• Desirable. Experience using CRM or back office systems

Junior Financial Adviser Benefits

• Base salary between £50,000 and £60,000

• Salary uplifted every six months as recurring income grows

• Bonus paid on initial fees

• Additional bonus for self generated clients if achieved
