Senior Paraplanner (Level 4 Qualified)

required to support UK-based financial advisers on a fully remote basis.

This is a technical, output-focused role providing paraplanning support across multiple adviser firms. The position is suited to an experienced UK paraplanner who can work independently, produce high-quality written work, and operate within structured processes.

• Preparation of suitability report content across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning
• Analysis of existing plans and comparison research (platforms, funds, wrappers)
• Product and provider research aligned with UK regulatory expectations
• Pre- and post-meeting technical support for advisers
• Interpretation of fact finds and client objectives into structured recommendations
• Ensuring all outputs meet UK compliance standards and internal quality controls
• Working across multiple cases and advisers simultaneously

• Proven experience as a UK paraplanner
• Strong technical knowledge of UK pensions and investments
• Experience writing or contributing to suitability reports
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage workload independently in a remote environment
• Chartered status or working towards
• Experience supporting multiple advisers or firms
• Familiarity with UK platforms, providers and research tools
