Financial Controller Dungannon £65,000 - £75,000 A leading, well-established manufacturing business in the Dungannon area is seeking a Financial Controller to join its senior leadership team. This is a key appointment reporting directly to the Finance Director, offering full ownership of the finance function and a genuine opportunity to influence commercial performance, financial strategy, and ongoing business improvement. The role will suit a fully qualified accountant who is ambitious, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes Own cashflow management and financial modelling activities Oversee monthly accounts preparation and board-level reporting Drive improvements across ERP systems, processes, and financial controls Provide commercial insight to support decision-making and profitability Manage audit process, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements Lead and develop the finance team
