The Role

You'll play a key role in managing and recovering a range of debt types, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same-ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and recovering multiple debt types
• Monitoring accounts and progressing cases through recovery stages
• Liaising with enforcement agents, solicitors, and internal departments
• Supporting legal processes, including preparing cases and court attendance
• Handling customer queries, appeals, and payment arrangements
• Investigating accounts and identifying appropriate recovery actions

About You

• Strong communication skills and confident handling sensitive conversations
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively

Desirable
