Finance Analyst – Logistics

We are looking for a Finance Analyst - Logistics to join our Finance Team on a permanent basis. The role supports financial reporting and operational performance analysis across the Fulfilment and Digital Transformation function.

• Produce weekly cost estimates in collaboration with operational teams.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and compile reports on stock, labour costs, KPIs and variance analysis.
• Reconcile weekly estimates to monthly actuals, investigate variances and support continuous improvements in reporting accuracy and financial insight.
• Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis to provide insight and help manage operational spend.
• Calculate accruals and prepayments for month‑end process, including posting journals.
• Build and maintain advanced spreadsheets in Excel.

• Essential: Proven advanced Excel skills (e.g., SUMIF, SUMPRODUCT).
• Demonstrable experience working in an accounts department and using accounting packages.
• Thorough attention to detail and commitment to accurate reporting.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential data.
• Desirable: Experience with D365 accounting package.
• Logistics experience.
