Private Equity Associate | Remote

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence and analyze confidential information memoranda (CIMs/SIMs) and supporting deal documentation.
• Draft, review, and refine Investment Committee (IC) memos and Board Decks to support decision-making processes.
• Navigate complex public filings, financial statements, and dense transaction documents for thorough investment evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to monitor task progress and identify key errors.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in managing confidential and sensitive information throughout deal processes.

• Have strong relevant experience in private equity or a combination of private equity and investment banking at the Associate or Analyst level.
• Possess expertise in reviewing public filings, conducting M&A or financing transactions, and preparing CIMs/SIMs and due diligence materials.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency with Investment Committee memos and Board Decks, including structuring and presenting complex information clearly.
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft precise and compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Exhibit unwavering attention to detail and a disciplined, organized approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
