Credit Control and Billings Assistant - £26,000 - £30,000  26 days holiday  pension  private medical  bens

Location:

Newbury (car required) Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 working from home Are you a detail-driven individual, and are able to offer some strong finance administration experience (ideally gained from supporting a Finance team), and are looking to build your career in a growing tech company? Our client, a growing, multi-site business based in Newbury is seeking a Finance Assistant Administrator to join their dynamic team.

This newly created Credit Control and Billings Assistant role is ideally suited to individuals who have worked in a similar role, ideally across a multi-site, fast paced moving business. Equally, candidates with only a couple of years of experience, but willing to learn, will also be well received here. You'll provide essential financial and administrative support across the business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in a finance or accounts role who's ready to take the next step in a forward-thinking, fast-paced environment. Applications are also welcomed for those with a wealth of experience, but seeking work-life balance!

Key Responsibilities:

p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item">Assisting with all queries from customers, and assisting with re-sending of invoices and statements p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item">Supporting the Credit Control team with their Credit Control email in-box for queries p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item">Processing invoices, and payments daily p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item">Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item">Liaising with suppliers and internal teams p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item">Supporting the wider finance team as and when required What You'll Need: p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item">Ideally recent administration experience gained from working in a similar finance or accounting or Admin role p]:inline">Strong numerical and Excel skills p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item">A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational ability p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item">The ability to work with teams who are in different offices, or who work fully remotely p]:inline">Strong finance systems knowledge desirable p]:inline">Confidence working both independently and as part of a team What's on
