MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
Join our finance team and play a key role in delivering accurate, insightful reporting while supporting critical revenue and sales ledger processes.
Hours & Working Conditions37.5 hours per week.
Shift pattern:
Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30.
Salary: up to £29,000 per annum dependent on experience.
Location:
Hybrid Norwich - 3 days in office.
Training: 5 days in office until trained.
Start Date:
29/06/2026.

This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.
Internet speed requirement: 5mpbs upload and 15mpbs download.

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive finance professional with a solid background in management accounting or accounts receivable.
You’ll bring previous experience (ideally 3+ years) in a Management or Assistant Management Accountant role, along with a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, credit notes, refunds and payment allocations.
Qualifications- AAT qualification (with further study towards ACCA or CIMA advantageous).
- Strong Excel and general IT skills, confidence using finance systems (Business Central experience is a plus).
- Excellent numerical accuracy and keen eye for detail.
- Strong communicator, written and verbal.
- Highly organised, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Professional, reliable and accountable for work.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team, supporting the Senior Management Accountant in delivering high-quality financial reporting and operational excellence across the finance function.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key revenue streams, contribute to the evolution of reporting processes, and work collaboratively across multiple areas of finance. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate revenue recognition, maintaining strong customer account management and supporting wider finance operations as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue & B2B Customer Management- Take ownership of B2B revenue reporting and invoicing processes.
- Partner closely with the B2B customer team to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Raise invoices and ensure correct revenue recognition for each reporting period.
- Prepare aged debt reports to support the Credit Control function.
- Raise manual and contract invoices/credits for both B2B and B2C customers.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve unallocated transactions.
- Proactively manage customer accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Support the clearing of open sales orders on a daily basis.
- Identify potential bad debts and assist with credit control activities.
- Maintain accurate customer account data, including VAT status and payment details.
- Allocate and redistribute customer payments from platforms such as GoCardless and Stripe.
- Manage period-end provisions where payments have not yet been released.
- Ensure all customer payments are accurately reflected in the ledger.
- Maintain the fixed asset register, including monthly additions.
- Calculate and post depreciation on a monthly basis.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of fixed asset balances.
- Provide support to Accounts Payable, Sales Ledger, and month-end reporting processes.
- Act as a flexible resource across the finance team during peak periods, annual leave, or absence.
- Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance financial reporting and processes.
