A fantastic opportunity to join a thriving team at a market‑leading firm offering all leads from existing mortgage clients with a strong pipeline of 100 mortgage cases a month. This role combines personal protection, client advice, mortgage pipeline management and financial services experience.
Job OverviewAs a Protection Adviser / Insurance Broker you will receive a steady stream of warm leads, provide tailored personal protection and trust planning advice, manage a large mortgage‑related pipeline, and deliver excellent client service. You will have full administration support and the option to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity after an onboarding period at our head office in Exeter.

- Provide clear, tailored personal protection advice to existing clients.
- Manage a regular flow of warm leads from clients proceeding with mortgage applications.
- Identify suitable insurance and protection solutions based on client needs.
- Support clients with appropriate trust arrangements where required.
- Manage a large mortgage‑related pipeline efficiently and professionally.
- Plan your own time and diary to maximise client contact and service delivery.
- Deliver a high standard of client care throughout the advice process.
- Work closely with administration support to ensure accurate case progression.
- Contribute to the continued development of a successful protection advice service.
- Proven experience advising clients on personal protection.
- Appropriate qualification for giving protection advice.
- Experience working within insurance, protection, mortgage or financial services.
- Ability to manage a busy pipeline and multiple leads each day.
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering positive outcomes.
- Organisation skills – ability to plan workload, manage time and work independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience writing wills.
- Experience writing trusts.
- Interest in progressing within the business through a partner programme.
£100,000 OTE (Includes Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission)
Hybrid / Exeter, Devon, South West England – successful candidates must attend a training/onboarding period at the head office in Exeter before working remotely or in a hybrid capacity.
