With full ownership of the finance function on site, you'll have the autonomy to implement improvements, enhance controls, and build a best‑in‑class finance operation.

• Taking full ownership of the site finance function, leading from the front
• Delivering high-quality, insightful reporting that drives decision‑making
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across operations and leadership
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Embedding strong financial controls and ensuring audit readiness
• Ensuring robust SOX compliance, maintaining strong internal controls, and driving audit readiness
• Driving cost control, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Managing and developing a high‑performing finance team
• Influencing strategic decisions and supporting long‑term growth

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)

• Proven experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong SAP experience key
• A confident leader who can influence at senior level
• Strong technical grounding combined with commercial insight
• Experience managing and developing finance teams

• 4 days per week on site
• 1 day working from home
