Our client is a fast‑growing fintech business aiming to revolutionise financial advice in the UK. Their mission is to put human advisers at the centre of every client relationship, while leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor with 3+ years of experience to join a leading financial services business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mortgage advice, regulatory requirements, and a customer‑centric approach to service.

• Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to each client's individual needs.
• Manage the mortgage process for clients from initial inquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure all advice and processes comply with relevant regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Deliver a superior customer experience, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Work closely with other teams, including financial planning, compliance, and technology, to provide holistic client outcomes.

• Relevant qualification to provide mortgage advice in the UK (e.g. CeMAP / Certificate in Mortgage Advice)
• 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer‑focused, results‑driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Qualification to give protection advice (e.g. Certificate in Protection, R05 Protection Advice)
