About the role

This is a Fixed term, Full Time vacancy for a Compliance Officer to join our team on a 14‑month contract. The role is part‑time office and home working, and you will play a vital part in ensuring our compliance programmes are effectively managed and delivered. You will liaise with internal and external service delivery teams to ensure work is completed on time and in accordance with our access processes, monitor remedial compliance actions to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and keep colleagues and other Compliance Officers informed of hard‑to‑access cases.

Your responsibilities will include collating, validating, and updating systems with compliance data, assisting with performance and assurance reporting, daily monitoring of forward‑looking programmes to minimise non‑compliance risk, obtaining and utilising essential information on property and component changes, reviewing service provider information, conducting desktop checks of compliance certification, and supporting the compliance team with audit actions and performance reports.

Qualifications
  • Experience in monitoring compliance or maintenance programmes
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A good basic standard of education, or equivalent
  • Flexibility and reliability
