£35,000 Basic + Commission & Bonus Structure – OTE £75,000

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to individual client needs.

* Work closely with estate agency teams to maximise lead potential.

* Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

* Keep up to date with mortgage products, legislation, and industry developments.

* Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

* Fully CeMAP Qualified (or equivalent).

* Previous experience in a mortgage advisory role (Desirable)

* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

* Understanding of estate agency is beneficial but not essential.

* Professional, ethical, self-motivated, and results-driven.

* Right to work in the UK.
