They are now seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their Financial Management team-an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your new role As Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior finance staff to deliver high-quality management accounting and business support. You’ll work with both internal departments and external client organisations, giving them clear financial information to support decision-making.
Your key duties will include:
Preparing monthly management accounts, reports, and financial analysis Supporting the annual budget-setting process and completing costings Assisting with year-end accounts and liaising with auditors Completing variance analysis, forecasting, and risk management Improving financial reporting tools and helping non-finance managers understand budgets Supporting financial planning, service changes, income analysis, and efficiency measures Building strong relationships with operational teams and external partners
This role offers exposure to a wide range of financial work across a large, complex organisation.
