Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Financial Analyst to join our growing Healthcare Finance team. You’ll play a key role in supporting Pharmacy and Healthcare Services, delivering insight that helps shape decisions and drive performance across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a fast-paced, evolving part of the business, working closely with both finance and operational teams.

• Partnering with Healthcare Services and Pharmacy teams to provide financial insight and support decision-making
• Producing and analysing weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities, and supporting forecasting and budgeting processes
• Supporting KPI tracking across healthcare, ensuring clear communication of performance to stakeholders
• Managing and reporting on pharmacy and nurse wages and hours, helping drive efficiency and investment decisions
• Supporting the healthcare bonus process, maintaining inputs and working with the rewards team
• Completing month-end processes for OPEX and regional and central costs including balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and systems to drive efficiency
• Providing ad-hoc analysis and support to the wider finance function and Healthcare leadership team
• Generate detailed customer focused initiatives, in line with the Finance strategy and supports with execution
• Listens to the customer and implements new ideas and ways of working which are designed to improve service considering both Online and Offline
• Ensure the team priorities actions which delight the customer/team member
• Tech & AI:
