Position: Equity Reward & Venture Capital Assistant Manager
Location: Greater London

About the Role

At Cooper Parry, we’re shaking up the tax world, challenging the norm, and delivering game‑changing reward and incentive strategies for high‑growth businesses, as well as supporting them to start‑up and stay‑up via access to key schemes such as the Enterprise Investment Scheme. We’re looking for an Equity Reward Assistant Manager to join our forward‑thinking team, with a strong focus on valuations and advisory.

Responsibilities
  • Lead valuations for EMI, CSOP, Growth Shares, and other incentive schemes, ensuring businesses are tax‑efficient and compliant. This includes modelling work.
  • Work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimise equity reward structures, aligning them with business objectives.
  • Navigate the complexities of tax, legal, and accounting rules, ensuring seamless processes and risk mitigation.
  • Support clients with venture capital schemes such as SEIS, EIS, and VCT, helping them navigate challenges as they grow.
  • Be the trusted equity and reward specialist, advising businesses and entrepreneurs on the best tax‑efficient strategies.
  • Collaborate across Tax, Corporate Finance, and Legal teams to refine methodologies and help businesses attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications
  • Strong valuations experience within equity reward and incentives.
  • Technical expertise in solving complex tax challenges.
  • Relationship‑building skills to translate tax knowledge into commercial impact.
  • A drive to step up, own progression, and redefine what great advisory looks like.
