Financial Modelling Manager; Remote Position

A permanent position as Financial Modelling Manager, leading complex financial modelling projects across M&A, forecasting, cashflow and strategic decision-making. Working directly with senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact work while helping to grow and shape the organisation.

My client is a growing, tech‑led organisation that combines traditional modelling expertise with a modern, tech‑led approach. With clients ranging from established corporates to PE‑backed and high‑growth businesses, they support the improvement of financial forecasts, processes, data and systems that drive decision‑making.

The successful candidate will become a key member of the team, leading and delivering for clients across a variety of sectors.

• Building and reviewing complex three‑statement financial models.
• Developing forecasting, cashflow, and scenario analysis models.
• Analysing working‑capital requirements and debt facilities.
• Preparing outputs for management teams, investors, and private‑equity stakeholders.
• Conducting commercial and financial assessments of businesses.

• ACA qualification.
• Corporate Finance/Transactions Services background, ideally big‑4 trained but open to smaller boutique experience.
• Strong financial modelling expertise.
• Experience supporting M&A transactions and investment decision‑making.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, cashflow modelling, working‑capital and debt structures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
