AboutThe Role
We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our team on a fixed term contract for 14 months. This is a roaming role that offers a mixture of office and home working. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our compliance programmes are effectively managed and delivered. You will liaise with internal and external service delivery teams to ensure works are completed on time and in accordance with Bromford's access processes.
Monitoring remedial compliance actions to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be a key part of your role. You will keep colleagues and other Compliance Officers informed of hard-to-access cases and request assistance as needed. Your responsibilities will include collating, validating, and updating systems with compliance data, assisting with performance and assurance reporting, and daily monitoring of forward-looking programmes to minimise the risk of non-compliance.
You will also obtain and utilise essential information relating to property and component changes, ensuring systems and programmes are updated accurately. Additionally, you will review information from service providers, conduct desktop checks of compliance certification, and support the compliance team in completing audit actions and preparing performance reports.
