Finance Data & Insights Consultant – 12‑month fixed term contract (FTC)

Location:

Stratford‑upon‑Avon (head office) with up to 80% remote working.

Salary: up to £55,000.

• Partner with finance and business units to support finance partnering and planning processes.
• Analyse performance and forecast future outcomes.
• Provide data‑driven insights to influence strategy and performance.
• Build and maintain forecasting models and performance dashboards.
• Support reforecasting, budgeting and other planning functions.
• Advise on and implement automation, data platform improvements and process optimisation.
• Support knowledge sharing and capability building within the team.

• Proven experience delivering data analysis and insights.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience building forecasting models and performance reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across finance and business teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

• Background in FP&A, finance analytics or commercial finance.
• Experience in regulated or corporate environments.
• Experience with process improvements or automation initiatives.

• Comfortable working with data, finance and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, storytelling and influence skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded approach.
• Coaching or mentoring experience is a bonus.
