My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead a team of KYC Analysts, ensuring engagement with Front Office and RR teams, whilst maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You'll bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of KYC processes.

Key responsibilities:

Team Management
KYC end to end Oversight
Stakeholder management
Process Optimization

This is a newly created role in a growing Global Investment Bank. A brilliant opportunity!

The following skills/experience is essential:

Strong understanding of KYC and AML regulations.
Proven experience managing end-to-end KYC processes.
2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong Banking/Financial Services background.
Excellent communication skills.

Salary:
Excellent + bonus + package
