Management Accountant- FTC

We’re looking for an experienced and detail‑focused Management Accountant to join our Finance team during a busy and exciting period. The role plays a key part in supporting month‑end close processes, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring strong financial controls across the Group.

Fixed‑term contract for 5 months. Hybrid: 3 office days, 2 days working from home.

• Manage journals, reconciliations, control accounts and variance analysis.
• Provide financial commentary and ensure all reporting is accurate and in line with accounting standards and Group policies.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations, resolve variances, support accruals and expenditure accounting.
• Assist with year‑end audit requirements.
• Work closely with Finance and the wider business to resolve accounting queries and support lease accounting activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and enhanced financial controls.
• Implement new balance sheet reconciliation software and provide ad‑hoc financial analysis as needed.

• Qualified or QBE Management Accountant with strong month‑end and year‑end experience.
• Strong working understanding of double‑entry accounting, high‑volume transactions and accounting standards (IFRS
  16 advantageous).
