About the Role

As a Governance and Risk Management Consultant, you’ll work closely with trustee boards and senior stakeholders to provide expert advice on governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and regulatory compliance. You’ll manage projects end‑to‑end, build strong client relationships, and contribute to thought leadership in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted adviser, helping clients address complex challenges.
  • Lead small project teams and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Conduct governance reviews, develop policies, and design risk frameworks.
  • Provide clear, high‑quality reports and presentations to clients.
  • Support business development through networking and client engagement.
About you

  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex information.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Self‑starter with critical thinking and a focus on quality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable working remotely.
