Our client, a well-established and highly respected independent financial services firm, is looking to recruit a Self-Employed Independent Financial Advisor to join their growing team in the West Midlands.

With a strong reputation in the market and a significant volume of business coming through the door, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Advisor looking to maximise their earning potential while benefiting from a steady flow of leads and comprehensive support.

Following a successful induction period, the role offers the flexibility to work from home, providing the ideal balance of autonomy and support.

• Conduct in-depth client reviews, assessing financial circumstances, existing arrangements, and future objectives
• Build and maintain strong long‑term client relationships
• Analyse client information and prepare tailored financial recommendations
• Research and recommend suitable products from an approved panel of providers
• Present financial reports and recommendations clearly and professionally
• Keep up to date with financial products, market developments, and regulatory changes
• Grow and develop your client bank while maximising opportunities for referrals and new business
• Work closely with the internal support team to deliver an outstanding client experience

• Fully qualified Financial Advisor (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning)
• Existing client bank with funds under management
• Strong knowledge of financial planning products and services
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
• Passion for delivering high‑quality financial advice and client outcomes

• £50,000 – £150,000+ OTE with uncapped earning potential
