A great opportunity has arisen in the Solihull area to join a reputable IFA company on a permanent basis as a Financial Advisor, where your expertise will support a valued client base. This role is home based, servicing an existing client bank, therefore is ideal for someone seeking stability and a genuine opportunity to build their earnings through excellent client service.

• The salary package includes a £50,000 basic annual income, with uncapped bonuses pushing earnings to £70,000 - £80,000 OTE.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience as a Financial Advisor (qualified at a minimum of Level
4), with a client-centric approach and a commitment to service rather than aggressive sales. Familiarity with managing client banks and confidence in handling both existing and incoming clients are essential.

Financial Advisor responsibilities and duties will include:

• Servicing a pre-existing client bank
• Providing comprehensive financial advice tailored to individual client needs.
• Managing your own diary effectively, ensuring timely client appointments.
• Maintaining high standards of compliance and record-keeping.
• Collaborating with paraplanning and administrative teams to deliver seamless client support
• Researching product providers and providing clients with information on new and existing products and services.
• Continuous development of a client bank and maximising opportunities, ensuring profitable relationships are built.
