Recruit UK is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to join a growing financial planning firm in Guiseley. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in compliance, risk and financial crime functions.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an IFA or wealth management firm, hold responsibilities for SMF
16 and SMF
17, and engage with senior stakeholders effectively. The position offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 with additional benefits.
